The "f" really should be lower case. It describes manual it is not part of the title.

Much of the problems we had a while back with the Pandorg was due to them not reading the fmanual...

When is the last time a computer came with a manual?

They are loaded on the computer itself. At least mine is.

Thats fine, IF your software is working. IF you can access online.

Otherwise......(as someone else here is so fond of saying)

You would need to ask Amazon that. They keep pretty closed mouthed about what they plan or don't plan.

As they remove features from each subsequent hard ware revision I think the next version will read txt only, not have a 3G radio, or dictionary support.

Just kidding of course. We are all in the dark about there future plans.

That sounds like a classic case of post hoc ergo propter hoc. All eInk devices use the same screen, and we have people on MR who have taken various types of reader on literally hundreds of flights with no ill-effects.

I think Elsi said that her Kindle has logged about 60K miles. She's not said anything about it.
