I don't think you had to use them the day they were generated, but I do think they were only good through the 25th (last day of the puzzle game contest). Just tried a code I won yesterday and no joy today. I had used some from earlier in the contest several days after I won them so I believe they all expired at the end of the 25th.

Edit: Also, the codes holiday20dec14 and holiday10dec14 which were not unique codes but were issued with the puzzle game seem to be expired as well.

I'm way ahead of you melmac I used newyear30au/ca/us/uk/ww to get Harry Bosch 3,4,5,The Scarecrow and Bloodwork!

To think I was pleased to get The Poet for $12 a few days ago... these ones were only $5.59!

Yep I've just about completed my collection now. Only have a few more to read (plus the 5 new ones I just bought.)
I would have preferred to read them in order so it was frustrating that the three early ones weren't available as ebooks until now. I tried listening to them as audiobooks (that only confirmed that I don't do audiobooks!!) and even looked (briefly) to see if I could find them in paperback. Still - I've got them now and that's all that matters.

I'm having a problem with the coupon discounts. Every book, I try and use discount coupon on , says the publisher won't allow discounts to be taken. It seems to happen to EVERY book I buy.. I usually get newish first run stuff.. Any ideas..

The books that allow discounts typically show two prices on the Kobo site - "List price", then a lower "our price". They usually allow further discounting with coupons. Sometimes, I've seen a coupon allowed on very inexpensive book (.99 or 1.99) that only had one price.
