For 1 I'm tempted to say yes, provided they live in France. I believe I read somewhere that necromony was legally accepted.

If you can provide a reference, I'll give you a point or more. But there is a way of answering yes to 1 apart from necromony.

1. Getting a bit obtuse here...but if the "man" and the subject of "his" were two different people, then indeed any man could marry "his" widow, other than the deceased.
