You're correct with the cheese.

There are three theories:

High protein diets. Lots of cows.
Drink large quantities of milk. The Dutch and the Scandinavians are generally not lactose intolerant. Higher prevalence of lactose intolerance in Mediterranean areas.
Excellent health care system.

Here is a question based on size and athleticism. What metropolitan area of the United States is producing more NFL football players per capita than any other?

Hint: With only a population of 65,000 people and six high-schools, they sent ten players to the NFL in just five years.

Not a bad guess, but not even close.

One more hint, currently there are more than 30 guys form this place (or their parents were from this place) and are now in the NFL and another 200-plus are playing Division 1 college football.
