The test that follows is based on typical IQ questions, and some of these questions are from an MBA entrance test. There are 9 questions to test your IQ level. Write each of your answers down immediately, it makes a difference:

1.Some months have 30 days, some months have 31 days. How many months have 28 days?

2. If a doctor gives you 3 pills and tells you to take one pill every half hour, how long would it be before all the pills had been taken?

3. I went to bed at eight 8 'clock in the evening and wound up my clock and set the alarm to sound at nine 9 'clock in the morning. How many hours sleep would I get before being awoken by the alarm?

5. A farmer had 17 sheep. All but 9 died. How many live sheep were left?

9. If you drove a bus with 43 people on board from Chicago and stopped at Pittsburgh to pick up 7 more people and drop off 5 passengers and at Cleveland to drop off 8 passengers and pick up 4 more and eventually arrive at Philadelphia 20 hours later, What's the name of the driver?

Bonus half point if you can tell me the maximum number of sides you can see at once if you position the cube correctly. (N.B. more than three!)

The only way I can imagine seeing more than three at once is to flatten (unfold) the cube...

No, four isn't the answer, and neither is flattening the cube. The cube must be a genuine regular six sided cube with 90 degree corners, all sides being squares the same size and joined up. I'm not playing games with hypercubes or other figures. It's just a cube you have to make and position to be able to see as many of the opaque sides as possible.

I'll wait for some more responses before I give any more clues.

Is the clue in the "opaqueness" of the cube? Can you place it with one point facing you, and then see all six sides by looking through the sides closest to you?

No, the opaqueness is just mentioned to assure you that I don't mean that you can see through any of the sides to sides behind them.

In short, to rule out your suggestion.

You can imagine the sides being made of thick plastic or wood or metal, if that will help. They can't be made of glass or any similar material.
