Rhinoceroses - crash
Wombats - warren

Some I think I know, the rest are wild guesses.

Crash of Rhinoceroses - yes

For Gnus and Wombats I do have other cross-checked words, but I'll check further in case yours are alternatives I hadn't found.

So that's 2 points with a couple to be checked.

I know there is another one for Gnus (more properly named Wildebeests, if you come from that neck of the woods

). It's something like an "Improbability"?

Yes, I have hunted down some more lists and have found two listings each for:

A herd of gnus - the other word, the one I had, is an implausibility. I think I can give you that one as you were pretty close.
A warren of wombats - but there is another word also.

So that brings the scores up to:

5 - Pooh
5 - Orlok
2 - Sneaky
2 - Stitchy
1 - Anh

Unfortunately, 'wawa' is the Ojibwa word for 'goose,' not 'hot babe.' What is truly surprising is that it's the 'mosquito' rather than the 'goose' that serves as the State bird up there... Big? You don't use a fly swatter. You use a leg-hold trap!
