Well Vancouver Canada was named for Captain Vancouver. Also Vancouver Washington in the US.

Right, the Vancouver one made me think of cities named after people. So here are 10 more. Please name the city/town and the person;

It is entirely possible that there is more than one correct answer for some of these, so, whilst I have specific ones in mind, I'll accept any that I can verify.
