Mr. M could have hired someone to open the frig & the container -- never underestimate the cunning of a hungry cat!
I have NO idea about Buckley ... I assume he's an Aussie who died/was eaten in a spectacularly grisly fashion ... and then became a folk hero. |

The first person to guess bloke wins because I have to go and watch an episode of Black Adder and eat some toast with vegemite.

And I'll leave you with a question before I go off to do my chores;
The Bible has given names to many people, places, and things. But it only gave name to one old tree. What was that name? (Let's see if Shayne's Sunday School taught that one!) Stitchawl |

I went to a very good Sunday School!
This rang a bell, but I'll admit that I had to search for the exact reference rather than knowing it off by heart (Sunday School was a long time ago). It's from Genesis 35:8: "But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath Bethel under an oak: and the name of it was called Allonbachuth." ("Oak of weeping") |

The lady is sharp! I thought this question would stump folks for a while.

Hm, I should think of a question before I go answering them.
![]() Let's see how many minutes this one survives: what word has two opposite meanings? |

Good one! But no. This word is spelled the same way for both meanings.

Good points! Okay, I'll narrow it down:
- It's English - It's used as a verb - The two meanings are opposite, not just different |

How about cleave? Or trim? Stitchawl |
