You get bonus points for Shinawatra, who went to grad school in Kentucky. She did not go to college (undergraduate school) in the US, however. (But she was the one who gave me the idea for this question.)

Shayne, you slay me. You wring every possible drop from this question. I have to call a fault on Aquino, who even though she went to college in the US, was a president, not a prime minister. Your spoilered answer, however, is correct. She grew up in Milwaukee and went to what was then the normal school and is now the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.

Shayne's got it, but I have a personal interest in the third, who went to college in my town. Any takers? As a mild hint, she's one of the several Moslem women who have been head of government in their respective nations.

Nope. I'd express regret that Islamic nations can elect a woman head of government and we can't, but then I'm afraid I'd be leaving myself open to a President Bachmann. And no other country will take me!

OK, we're running on fumes here. The third is Tansu Çiller, prime minister of Turkey, who went to college at the University of New Hampshire. And how a nice Turkish girl fetched up in backwater New Hampshire is entirely beyond me.
