I can only name maybe three or four British Prime Minister's and can't even name the current one. We're not much of a colony really.

Well you always gave away a whole number - 7.5 plus .5 = 8, so no need to cut one in half

Nope. Famously born in Blenheim Palace when his parents were spending a weekend there.
