Thanks harakiri. Great question by the way. One where the rest of us learnt something really interesting and unexpected (I just looked it up as well for more detail).

Next question:

My family and I are going on holiday in the summer to a place in Europe. I'll give you some clues to it's identity. Firstly, Percy Shelley wrote of this place in 1818;

Several famous people own (or have owned) homes here. Such as; Madonna, George Clooney, Gianni Versace, Ronaldinho, Sylvester Stallone and Richard Branson.

They are also used by the military, as it reduces the sliverware you have to carry. Personally, I hate the name spork (though I do use one to ladle out and mash the cat food

).
