Well, that is what we where trying to establish -
If "Demo" mode was also protected in these newer firmware versions.

And the answer is:
'Demo' mode is also protected from this jail break.
(At least in the KT2, intended for Australia but sold in Japan).

Very true! The jailer needs a big head to be back after a big break so that jailbreak is eventually easy!

I have a question for you. Have you tried to jailbreak (root) without any instructions?
I don't think the jailbreak will ever be easy to do. You are more than welcome to try to prove me wrong.
I suggest you start looking for a hole in the wall so to speak.
Or find the hidden key. I am sure it is in the code somewhere.
Oh and no asking the dad in this thread for help.
You must do your own homework.

Is 2 less than 8? The answer is yes.
The jailbreak stops at 5.8.7

Yours can be jailbroke.
And no that last one doesn't count as a larger number in this case.
Only the third number.

The dots are just separators. I think England and other some countries use commas instead of periods so the number would read 5,8,2,1.
