Help--conversion no workee (Joe Newbie)

When I convert a channel I get a useless 2kb file. this happens whether I convert a channel, or "Add" it manually. Any ideas? (Note: I do this at work...there may be firewall issues, I guess...).

Could you give some details on which channels you are speaking of, actually?

Make sure that none of the checkboxes under the tables tab is checked. Maybe this could cause the trouble you described.
