Support email
Anyone know the support email address. I don't know how to call europe, and it's probably better if I don't talk to anyone right now

The support email is techsupport@irextechnologies.com, however AFAIK emails without a ticket number will not be processed when writing to them at this address. Your best bet is to use the email address to the web shop, as they have a good reputation for replying, and generally being very helpful.
