Newbee Me

Hi Alllllll-

I accidentally opened a mailed box to my address today, and it was my kindle 2. I didn't mean to, I thought it was my son's gift. I hate that I opened it, I mean, I'm so happy I got it, but sad at the same time. Then I taped the box back. I know he'll know someone tampered with it. But, oh man.

So, since I have the, Kindle 2, can you get free books like the nook?

Congrats! Yes, there are lots of free books out there. Manybooks.net is one of my fav sites. Amazon has free books as well.

Welcome to MobileRead, Shauna.

First, look at the top of the page. See where it says "ebooks"?

Download to your hearts content. All formatted by our own members......a pleasure to read.

Enjoy.
