How do I post a uTube video?

Hi could someone please tell me how to post a uTube video (in a post) please, or do I just paste an URL? I actually want it to show in the post in a uTube frame.

Do you mean youtube? There is a special tag.

There is a button for it above the text window between the Wiki tag and the spoiler tag.

Well, you go over to the Youtube page with the video you want. There is a small text window labeled "embedded". Copy and paste the text in that window between the Youtube tags.

You obviously can do, if you are referring to http://www.utube.com but if you actually mean http://www.youtube.com why would you want to?

To answer your question, when you go to the youtube web site and watch a video you'll see that your web browser is display a URL something like:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcdefg

All you have to do is put the "abcdefg" string between the "youtube" and "/youtube" tags.

When I look at your post at the above link, the bit you've put between the tags does not look like the same as what I get if I follow Nate's instructions above, nor like the short version in Harry's instructions above, both of which work (at least, for me). Which of these are you trying and getting "no video", or have you tried both?

There was a typo in there somewhere, or you missed part of the text. I got the link again and replaced what you had. It worked.

That seems to work just fine, doing exactly what I said - putting "RLq7Aqd_H7g" between the tags.
