I have forgotten my Onyx Boox Nova pro password. Unfortunately, I did not create an account. How can I reset the ebook? |

Power off the device, do not connect a USB or power cable
Hold down the power button, continue to hold it Wait until the small blue power LED inside the button turns on, and continue to hold for about 7 seconds Release the power button, and press it exactly 5 times After some waiting, you should be greeted with the recovery menu Then you select Factory reset to reset yours and it will be cleared all your books and notes and your password too |
