EPUB to MOBI dictionary
I have tried to convert a quite large EPUB containing a French to English dictionary already prepared to comply with Amazon Kindle dictionary creation guidelines (I have correctly inserted the mbp:frameset and idx tags in the epub). The conversion runs OK, but the resulting EPUB doesn’t contain any dictionary entry, it only contains the cover image, the preface and the table of contents.

calibre does not support dictionaries.
