Verse Pro software update "u634.6.8.4177"
What about this update? Anything interesting?

I pressed Download and it is just sitting there. I see no indication that my reader is doing anything. How long do I wait?

It is okay
Got it to run. Once I opened the little 'got mail' icon. Then it automatically went through the whole update process.

LCP DRM is definitely interesting to me. Now I can read books borrowed from library in my country.

Core changes
1. Support of the new version of the LCP DRM, profile 2.x.
2. More accurate battery level display.
3. Smoother display of gradient transitions in black-and-white images in the Gallery app.

Other improvements
1. Resolved an issue that could cause some Bluetooth headsets to disconnect during music
playback.
2. Fixed an issue where the amount of free space in the device’s internal memory could
decrease when opening new books due to excessive data caching.
3. Translations improvements.

Just bought a french verse pro color with a vivlio firmware 6.8.3870

I did not manage to "update" to pocketboot 6.8.3807 from https://pocketbook.ch/en-ch/support?model=2415 , I suppose because version is lower.
So I'm stuck to Vivlio, no dropbox sync :-(

Any idea on how to force "update" to a lower firmware version ?

by keep pressing left and right button long time, until "pocketbook updating software", it eventually worked !
