Kobo Sage questions before possible purchase

Q1: I’m thinking of getting another Sage, but am wondering if the odd “fast flip page forward” bug my first one had is still prevalent. I got the original Sage as soon as it was introduced, and loved everything about it, except that it would randomly start fast forwarding through the pages, sometimes even when I wasn’t touching the device.

Q2: Is there any other problem which troubles the use of the Sage?

Q3: Is the hardware on the level of the new PW?

I now use a 6.8” PW SE and a Kobo Libra 2, both of which I like, but a slightly larger screen and text would be better for me.
