how to toggle menu bar on
How can I toogle on the upper menu bar (the one with File, Tools etc.) in the editor? It's currently disappeared from my sight.

There's no toggle for it its always on.

Indeed, I played a little bit with window decoration on my kde 6 desktop, putting the application menu into the window bar and hiding it at the application window instead. This works fine for most other applications, but not for the editor of calibre. The button for the application menu in the window title bar remains hidden, as well as the menubar in the window.
Maybe this thread would be of some help also for others.
