Tables doesn't work when converting to epub format
When converting azw4 to epub the tables look weird but azw4 to pdf looks fine.
Same result if I try azw4 to pdf then pdf to epub. Is that expected issue, i.e. epub doesn't support Tables?

AZW4 is basically PDF, so if it contains any 2D elements, it cannot be converted to strictly 1D EPUB without some serious manual intervention.
