Show battery percentage in QuickMenu?

Is there any way to show the battery percentage directly in a QuickMenu? I use gestures to open QuickMenus a lot more frequently than I ever actually go into the Top Menu, so I'm just wondering if there's any way to show the battery level directly within a QuickMenu.

I don't think I could find any option for this, so I'm thinking this might be more of a feature request based on what I would find convenient for my typical usage.

I don't think this is possible, however, you can see the battery percentage in the status bar...

If I'm being honest, I think I knew the answer was "no" and I was mostly posting to see if anyone else had any interest in this too because I just don't have the skills to make a patch for it.

It seems like this is very specific to my workflow and personal preferences though. But just in case there's ever enough people who would benefit from this and would request it, I'll share two quick mock-ups of how I could see it looking.
