Power off when going to sleep (solved)
Hello
TLDR; If your device powers off instead of going to sleep, try again with the power adapter connected. If it goes to sleep mode normaly, you may have a battery issue. The story if you want to read: A while ago I stumbled on this problem: When I had finish my reading and I pushed the switch of my kobo glo hd, instead of going into sleep mode, the device just powered itself down. I have tried everything: - Factory reset - New SD image And more things I don't remember. Nothing worked I noticed that some times, it did go to sleep mode.. Two days ago I just found out: Sleep mode was working only when the power adapter was connected. I changed the battery everything went back to normal. Hope this helps. Nicolas |
