Didn't the Spellchecker Used to Remember Excluded Files?

I thought that, prior to Calibre 6.13, the spellchecker's "Exclude Files" button used to remember the excluded files across editing sessions. But, now, it doesn't. Does anyone know for sure and can they let me know if I've gone insane(r)?

As soon as you leave the editor its gone, been ever thus - if it were to be retained it would have to be book-by-book.

Files? Spell check has a temporary Ignore WORDS
If yo want permanent, you use the Add to <named> dictionary

No enuddleyarbl means in the alt-f7 spell check pop-up box...
I agree, its never saved excluded files between sessions.

As is mentioned at the top of the exclude files dialog, you can add the comment  just under the opening tag to permanenty exclude a file from spell checking.

How did I miss that after using this all these years

(And Calibre Spell check is my Primary)
