Embedding some, but not all, metadata during conversion

Is there any way to tweak which metadata is included for the "embed metadata as page at start of book" option (in Conversion Common Options - Structure Detection)? I'd like to be able to add the Comments, Publisher, Publication date - but not the tags.

Modify the jacket template, see https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/cus...ates-et-cetera

look for the file jacket/template.xhtml copy it and modify it.
