To anyone with a Libra Colour, how is reading in dark mode? I know that the screen is considerably dimmer thanks to the Kaleido 3 layer. Just wondering if that impacts dark mode any, as I would use dark mode at all times.

You don't need dark mode, The screen is dark enough as is.

Hrm. According to this comparison, the contrast in the Libra Colour's dark mode is significantly worse than the contrast in the Libra 2's dark mode.

The contrast on the LC is always worse than on the L2. That's the price you pay for Kaleido.

So far the people I know who purchased the Libra Colour did not consider it too expensive so I guess it's their 7 opinions vs JSWolf's single non-Libra Colour owning opinion. An alternative explanation is that my acquaintances are members "of a rather sizable group, sporting the kind of scorchmarks on their pockets that only the spontaneous combustion of heavy wads of crumpled money can produce" to quote the intro to Bored of the Rings. Sadly, that does not seem to be true. |

Kind of like adding "in bed" to the end of the fortune in fortune cookies. | |
