Any way to turn off footnote popups

Hi, I'd like to disable the popup for footnotes, and instead go to the footnote in the main view. Anyone know how to do this?

The reason is that Math doesn't render correctly in the popup but does in the main view.

No, you cant turn them off, but you can click the right arrow in the popup to take you to its location in the main view.

Can the popup for footnotes be fixed so it renders the same as the main view?
