Lost Bookshelf in Calibre

I am hoping someone on here can help me with the Kobo plugins for the Bookshelf column.

I use Bookshelves to load books into collections on my Kobo's. I've had an issue with the Calibre database and had to restore it, subsequently i've lost the Bookshelf column in the main screen. I've checked my kobo plugins and i have the Kobo Touch Extended plugin and its set to load by #bookshelf but my Bookshelf column which i've newly added to the main screen is empty.

Do i have to load my Bookshelves again? I am only asking as i have over 9000 books in Calibre. I've added one manually and its showing, so i know the bookshelf works.

Is there a way to connect my kobo to calibre and have that send the bookshelf data back to Calibre?

All sorted now. I managed to restore the db file to a backup of a week ago. Everything is showing correctly now.
