Calire 4.23 won't intall DeDRM

I keep getting this message when I try to install DeDRM_tools_6.5.5.zip.

ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>InvalidPlugin</b>:The plugin in u'G:\\DeDRM_tools_6.5.5.zip' is invalid. It does not contain a top-level __init__.py file

Some articles on the internet say don't unzip it outside of Calibre and some say unzip it and use DEDRM_plugin.zip.

Neither work. I'm desperate! Please help if you know what I'm doing wrong.

You need to ask where you got that tool.
MR guidelines restrict further help.
