Bug or Intended Change?

Good morning. After installing version 5.37 (Windows x64, running on Windows 10 Professional 21H2), I've noticed a significant change in the edit tags box that isn't listed in the changelog.

Prior to this version, I could simply double-click on a tag to either add or remove it from the book. This was the primary method I used to add tags, as I find it far more convenient than selecting the tag and then clicking the button between the listboxes. Now, however, when I double-click on a tag, it prompts you to edit the tag instead of adding or removing it.

It's unclear what this editing actually does. If I edit a tag in the listbox on the left, does it change that tag for all books in the library? Does it create a new tag without changing the original? If I edit it in the listbox on the right, does it change that tag for all books in the library? Does it remove that tag from the book and add a new tag? I'd rather avoid experimenting, as I use a lot of tags to organize my library and don't want to chance messing things up.

Regardless, if this is an unannounced but intended change, is there any chance an option could be added to revert back to the old behavior? I looked through the preferences, but I couldn't find anything relevant.

Double clicking to add still works for me. What OS are you on?

What are you doing here? I am not familiar with this move. I have only been able to add/remove tags from individual books by manually going through them individually or bulk, but still through the edit metadata feature. - unless the tweak is set for the enter key allowing changes in the column.

1. Press E to edit a single book's metadata.
2. Click on the "Open Tag editor" button just to the left of the field that lets you manually type in tags.
3. In the box that shows up, there will be two lists of tags. The list on the left shows all the tags in your library that are NOT on the selected book. The list on the right shows all the tags that ARE on the selected book. In any version other than 5.37, you can double-click on a tag in either list to move it to the other. In any version (including 5.37), you can select a tag and then click one of the arrow buttons to move it to the other list.

Added - I can confirm it changed sometime between 534 and 5.37, it'll be fixed in 5.38

Ah. I know that move, I just accessed it using double click, I wish we could get that same tag editor if we edit only one column from the book list (ie.hitting enter to edit a cell)
