Huge icons after updating to Windows 10
I finally updated to Windows 10 and I just installed Calibre and everything is huge. I'm pretty sure I'm missing some things.

Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Look & Feel > Main Interface > Icon Size. Set it to a smaller one and see if it helps.

With the fonts though makes me think there's DPI shenanigans going on. Right-click on a blank area of desktop and click Display. Under Scale & Layout, is that above 100%?

Turn off automatically adjust for high resolution screens in Preferences->Look & feel.
