Search for a word in library

Hi all.
I'm a new user of Forma, have a noob question. How can I search for a word across all the books in my library? My books are sideloaded through calibre. On Oasis, after it finishes indexing new books, I can search from home page for a word and it will show the books that contain it. On Forma the same search only shows books where the word is in the name of the book. But it doesn't search inside the books. For example, I search for "baseball", I only get the list of books with names containing "baseball". I do have other books that contain this word, they are not showing in results.

I'm hoping it's possible to do on Forma and it's just a user error.
Thanks in advance!

It's not possible to do on any Kobo, AFAIK. Text search across the entire library is a Kindle-only feature. On a Kobo you can only search for a word inside the book you have currently open.

This is one of the areas where for me Kindle still has an edge, much as I love my Forma. The other area is the lack of predictive text on the Kobo virtual keyboard.

Though a lot of people might disagree with you on the latter

On-device library search was one of two distinct "pluses" for Kindle over Kobo. The other was the quality of their respective stock dictionaries. Kobo has addressed the latter problem, perhaps they might tackle the former too, one day.

I'm sure there will be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth over indexing, then. But yep, I'd like to have this feature.

Actually, I had done EXACTLY that in my first draft of that post - mentioned how much I don't miss the indexing lockups I had in every one of my Kindles over the nearly 10 years I owned various versions, including PW 1 & 2. I decided that saying "yeah it would be nice but" was less supportive than simply "yeah it would be nice, let's hope"

Not sure if I want my Kobo's to start taking overnight to import 60 books. I don't use the Power Search plugin in calibre more than once a month or less.
