Downloading woff failed
Dear Kovid,
I have this ebook that uses external woff. The Viewer can display it without issue. But the the Editor failed to download it, saying the url (with .woff) is not a known type. Please support it. How about woff2, I have made a brief research, it seems woff2 is not loved. Edit: I replaced the woff with a ttf and host it on dropbox (directlink) and Editor couldn't download it either. Ttf from google fonts are downloaded. Then I think it is the issue with downloading Fonts from dropbox, as images (svg, png, jpg) are downloaded. Last edited by nqk; 11-24-2020 at 10:28 PM. |

Dont use external resource in ebooks. The whole point of an ebook is that it is supposed to be sefl contained. Otherwise you might as well just publish a webpage somewhere instead.
