F2 only way to edit the metadata of field in the book list?
I was watching a video where double clicking a field in the book list view allows the user to edit just that field. For me, that results in the full metadata panel coming up.
The only way I can individually edit a field in book list view is to use F2. Is there a setting or something I can change to allow easier edit of specific fields in booklist view? What am I doing wrong? Using Calibre 4.10.1 on Windows. Any help appreciated. |

In this tweak, try setting double_click… to edit_cell:

I looked everywhere for this - even the tweaks. Without you pointing it out, wouldn't have found it. Works perfect now.

Tip : the tweaks popup (like many others) has a Search box, in this instance a search for double would have found the tweak.
