Can't select right to left reading

Hello. I'm a complete noob about this topic, and I only use calibre for Manga to transfer on my kobo Clara hd. I still haven't figured out how to do it, and I've been searching about it all day. I'd need someone who can explain it to me step by step, because I know nearly nothing about the argument

You might want to ask in the kobo sub-forum. How the file is controlled once on your kobo is up to the kobo, not calibre...

Create an ePub 3 that does left-to-right and then convert it to KePub to put on your Kobo to read.

There have been discussion of this in the Kobo forum and here, but, I forget what the exact rules are. It does depend on the format. I think for both epubs and kepubs, setting the reading direction to RTL. That can be done in the OPF or each internal file. The support in kepub, especially if the book is an epub3, will be better.

For Manga, if you are using CBZ or CBR, you cannot do it this way. But, you can set the direction in the internal database. My Kobo Utilities plugin has a method to do this. You need to add the comic to the book, let the device import it and connect again. Then you can use the metadata update function of the plugin to set the reading direction for the comics. This should also work for other formats.

Okay basically I posted on the calibre topic because I am using kindle comic converter manga mode, but it isn't actually working because the output file it's still left to right. So I read online that you could change the direction in some ways, maybe using calibre, but I would need as specific as possible indications, 'cause all the other people online seems like expert users who know all about programming. So some of you told me that I should change to RTL in the opf, but I don't know how to do that. Sorry to bother y' all.

Okay guys basically I was scrolling through all the threads on the forum and I saw one about the calibre plugin kobotouchextended. So I installed it, and then I re-sended one of my epub manga to my kobo Clara hd. Surprisingly , not only the direction was Rtl (without me changing anything, it's like the kindle comic converter tried to set the direction as rtl but could not make it because it was a simple epub and not a kepub), but also, becoming a kobo epub, the manga is now optimized and it can flip pages faster. Also, I had previously installed the kobo utilities plugin, and I just discovered that trough that you can change also the direction to rtl.
