All Kindle downloads (that I have) Name ends in _EBOK.
You need to look at the EXTENSION (hidden by default by the OS. Some show a type as Kindle Content). Those are the real books.

If you are asking about DRM removal:
Don't do it here at MR.. (violates site rules)

Download and install the Kindle for PC software that you can get from Amazon (do a google search for: download kindle for pc), open the software, and then click on the image of the book you want to open. That will download the file to your computer and allow you to open the book in the Kindle software. See the prior message posted in this thread for more information.
