calibre 4.2 shuts immediately down with tablet connected
PC with Win10 Pro v1903 - x64
- calibre starts and shuts down immediately with tablet connected - calibre starts normally without tablet connected Various tablets (Samsung / Huawei) were tested with and without installed book reader (MoonReader / Aldiko) - same results! calibre recognizes new tablet correctly - but shuts down immediately after confirmation to control it This behavior ist NEW. Managing of books on tablets via calibre was possible!! How to remedy? |

this happens n a few computers when something gets messed up in the windows portable device subsytem. Sadly never been able to reproduce. If you have another computer you can try there, or alternately use one of the wireless transfer methods described here: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...kindle-fire-hd
