Calibre Library on a pendrive

Hi!
my calibre library is stored on Dropbox (with a backup on OneDrive).
Since my office doesn't allow to reach Dropbox or OneDrive I've saved a copy on a pendrive and I add books and whatever using Calibre Portable (and at home sync with Dropbox and OneDrive).
There's a way to sync directly from the pendrive using my Android phone?
