Change delay for selection

Hi, is there a way to:

- change the initial delay for selection
- have "highlight" as default for selection without select the option every time I select some text?

The answer to the second question, to be consistent, should be to "Long press" on the "Highlight" button and be offered the option to make it the default. It doesn't appear to be implemented, though. As for a setting to adjust the time to distinguish a "long press" from a "tap", that is a general feature that would be best handled in the Event detection process. It might be useful to have a user setting plugin, where the user would try taps and long pressing and a average used to set the timing.

Your best hope for now would be that Frenzie drops by with existing options within the code.

They can be easily changed, but only by editing the source:

https://github.com/koreader/koreader...or.lua#L53-L56

Values are in milliseconds, so the standard hold interval is half a second.

I see the last version allows to select the "highlight" selection as a standard (thank you!), but I still no see a way to change the initial delay for selection. I do not know how to build an android version editing the source... Is there a more simple way to do it?
