Error at startup when there are Cyrillic characters in the path

When you start, this error occurs.

Can You add support for cyrillic characters in the path to the program?

No, I'm afraid you have to place the program itself in a path that contains only ascii characters. Adding support for non-ascii program paths is too much work, at least for me.
