Unhandled Excption Error

Since the most recent update I keep getting an Unhandled Exception error.
error

32, 'DeleteFile'. 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.')
If I add a book to a series, I don't get the error message, but if I edit the book details or download metadata I get the error message.
I have temporarily disabled my anti-virus programme and also turned off my firewall to see if that would help, but it didn't.
Would anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have the book open in ANY viewer or editor? That will lock the file and prevent renames/deletes.

Run Library Maintainence, you may now have orphans.

Something on your computer is interfering with calibre. If it is not your antivirus/firewall, the other common culprit is a file sync program.
