CoolReader launcher for nickel

I have seen people here asking about a way to open CoolReader from a tile on the homepage without having to open the entire pbchess menu, so I decided to look into this in order to find a solution, and here it is.

These are two scripts taken from tshering's Kobo Start Menu 09 with some small modifications in order to make them work inside nickel. I have next to no experience with bash scripting; all credit for this should go to him.

I have put the modified scripts on a KoboRoot.tgz. This would only work if pbchess was installed inside the .kobo folder. If it is installed elsewhere, the pertinent paths of the files and the scripts should be modified to make this work.

As always, one should unzip the CoolReader icon into the memory of the device, unplug it from the computer and let nickel scan it. Then, plug it again, unzip the KoboRoot.zip file and put the resulting KoboRoot.tgz into the .kobo folder.

The icon was designed by @whatsapps and uploaded to steemit.com. Any other image would work as long as it is named 'CoolReader.png'.

Please note that this is far from being perfect. Sometimes the script, without any reason, refuses to work and redirects the user to the pbchess launcher. But at least it's something. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to fix that.
