Outlaw Hearts by Rosanne Bittner (Fantastic Fiction) is the 1st novel in her Outlaw Hearts series of f/m western historical romance which unusually follows the same couple during the course of their event-filled lives, this one introducing a woman who has lost everything to a wanted gunslinger with nothing to lose, as they struggle to forge a new life together, free for a limited time courtesy of publisher Sourcebooks' Casablanca imprint.

This was originally published in 1993 by Bantam. Apparently, the original standalone has been expanded into a series with the Sourcebooks pickup, and this seems to have been made free to promote the newly-released 4th novel in the saga, The Last Outlaw, which came out just this week.
