CTRL & SHIFT Not Working When Selecting Multiple Books
In both 3.5 and now 3.6 using ctrl & shift to highlight multiple books is not working for me. Win 10, Calibre 64 3.6, On Surface Pro 4.

Ctrl and shift dont work when tapping the scren, but they do work when using a mouse. I assume you mean when tapping the screen?

Until I installed 3.5 I used to be able to hold down ctrl and tap each book and then convert or polish all at once. This is on my surface pro 4.

Yes, but before 3.5 you could not flick to scroll the view. Thanks to various Qt bugs, most prominently https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-60389 it is not currently possible to have shift and ctrl work with touchscreens. Use a normal mouse for those.

After I posted I tried various things and found that if I hold shift down and use the arrow keys to move from book to book it will highlight all of them. And thank you Kovid for everything you do.
