That is why I "have more than one email account" the one I use for this is not the one I use for regulator contacts.

That's what services that offer disposable e-mail addresses, like http://www.guerrillamail.com/en/ are made for. You can use them to sign up for sites that require some kind of check for a real e-mail address, without having to deal with blocking the incoming spam yourself afterwards.
