Kindle Books download issues

I am not sure where to post this. I updated Calibre but do not think that that is the problem. I found that my Kindle books are now downloading as a file and when trying to put them into Calibre it downloads but there is no book there. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue. Please more this if if is not in the right place.
It won't let me copy what all the files are that I am getting when I download.
