Exclamation Change the background colors of the columns?

I am a complete newbie with Calibre.
But I really need your help. Is it possible to change the background color from the columns? So far I only could change the color of the text from my books in calibre.
It drives me crazy.
There must be a way, you can do so many things with Calibre. I searched and tried already a lot but since I'm new with this program...
This here is an example from Exel, but it shows what I mean. http://trumpexcel.com/wp-content/upl...om-Formula.png

If you are asking if it is possible to change the background color and the text color within the Library View (the spreadsheet-like view of all of your books, each on one row), then the answer is 'yes'.

The "Job Spy Plus" plug-in has 22 tools, including a GUI Tool named "Change GUI Text and Alternating Row Colors".

Thank you so much for this tool. It took a while to understand. (I never used anything in Calibre and Calibre is still a huge labyrint for me)
Anyway, I found the part where I can change the background. But, it seems that I can only change the color to two selected colors and not to the different genres; titles; authors and so on. I wanted to change the background that went with that.
For example:
All HEA's are in blue, all romances are in green, all favorites are in orange and so on. Like we can do it with the text color and different choice of columns.
