No update to 5.3.7 after DeBricking

Hi,

first of all, thank you all for great stuff!
I have issue with upgrading my Kindle to newest version. I need that because I've lost access to my books.
Here is whole story from beginning.
I have had my kindle unused by several months, and I've found my kindle in "Needs Repair" state.
I have performed following steps:
1. Recompile MfgTool for Win10 x64 (I will upload later)
2. Go to Diags Mode
3. Enable Fast Boot by "Install FastBoot Bundle" from "Exit, Reboot or Disable Diags" menu
4. Flash diags partition with image from here: https://ixtab.tk/kindle-touch-images/
5. Go to Diags Mode again
6. Using SSH flash main partition according to: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=170929
7. Update from version 5.1.2 to version 5.3.2.1 with official image
8. Got issue with official image 5.3.7.3.
I have copied official image 5.3.7.3 to Kindle by USB, and enter Settings->Update My Kindle.
It reboots and starts up. Nothing happens.

Could somebody give me any clues?

What do you mean with "hardware failure"?
My kindle is working correctly on 5.3.2.1 version. I just cannot update it. It reboots and reboots, and still in version 5.3.2.1.
There is nothing I can do?

I mean that your update image, as it exists on the Kindle, is corrupted due to memory failure.

It could also be corrupted due to PEBCAK, but people don't like to read that.

Thanks for your explanation. But unfortunately it makes more questions.
I am curious why previous update has succeed but this one not.
What memory is corrupted? USB Flash area? What has caused that?
What of my activities could has corrupted it?

Edit:
I have run MoviNand test from Diags Mode. Indeed, It reported "Failed" state.
So now the question is if I can find replacement of movinand chip.

Hint:
A brand new KT3 is cheaper than replacing that chip.
