Error sending ebook to Kindle

I just started having an issue with sending my ebooks to eKindle. I checked the 24 March post and I checked my settings per the answer and I seem to be okay. Also, the error is different. See Below. I have calibre on a couple of different machines and they all have the same error. I have tried rerunning the welcome wizard with the test. The test took a while but I did not get any errors. Not sure what a successful one looks like though. Anyway it did not help.
I access thethe book to my machine and send it using my regular email system.

Can someone please advise?

Thank you

Jim

Do not post your actual device address.

But use care when obscuring, so as to not disturb any other log data

First thing I see is: retry in 1 second did you lower a tweak?

Is Calibre STILL white listed with your firewall

Is this on a Hard wired network (CAT5 cable)?
Are these computers (user) registered with Amazon as a mail source?

Thank you for the response.
I disabled the windows firewall and added calibre.exe to the allowed apps/programs and had the same results. I have not done anything with the Tweaks. Current setting is public_smtp_relay_delay = 301
I am hard wired to the router which then goes into a Cable Modem. I dont know of any settings that would be blocking the message in the router as I have not created any rules in the router.
I dont know of any Amazon settings. I looked in my Manage Devices/Content and did not see any settings. It did allow my Outlook to send the book via email.

Do you have any other ideas?

Thank you

If you have your correct (reply to) email address set at Amazon:

Approved Personal Document E-mail List for that device ? Nope

Preference: Sharing by Email. Check the settings again (every one of them). try the Test button

Your cable company may be doing something odd.
